Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is a global organization with 59 chapters and over 14,000 members. ACG is the most trusted and respected resource for middlemarket dealmakers and business leaders who invest in growth and build companies.

What is Deal Crawl?
The ACG Charlotte Deal Crawl Conference was launched in 2013 to showcase Charlotte as the headquarters of middle-market M&A. Charlotte boasts an impressive list of investment banking firms, all based within a five block radius of Charlotte’s Uptown city center (Trade and Tryon Streets). This program was designed to allow equity capital providers to ‘crawl’ across town visiting with these firms.
Since 2013, the conference has grown dramatically and now hosts more than 35 private equity firms and 30 investment banks from across the country for this two-day event. More than 350 people will convene in Charlotte this September to attend the Deal Crawl Conference, which will include the Opening Reception, Lender-sponsored continental breakfast, IB & PE 1-on- 1 meetings, Keynote Luncheon at the Ritz-Carlton, Affinity Seminar breakout sessions, and the Crawl’s End closing reception.
Who participates in the 1-on-1s?
The IB & PE 1-on-1 Meetings are designed exclusively for investment banks and private equity firms. This portion of the conference requires separate registration. Registration includes six pre-arranged 1-on-1 meetings on September 14th and access for two individuals to all conference events. Spots are available on a first come, first serve basis and limited to 35 private equity firms and 30 investment banks. This portion of the conference will sell out and a waitlist will be available. Registrant firms will be contacted in early August regarding attendee names, meeting requests and additional details. IB & PE 1-on-1 refunds will be honored before August 1, 2017.

What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds will be honored before September 1, 2017. Substitutions are welcome anytime; however, nonmember/guest fees may apply.
